How to Use Scented Vacuum Discs

Fresh laundry, crisp apple or warm amber: scented vacuum discs bring a favourite fragrance to an everyday chore. This guide explains what Bojuna’s discs do, where to put them and what to check before using them.

What are scented vacuum discs?

Our scented vacuum discs are fragranced discs for compatible household vacuum cleaners. They release scent as you vacuum. Each resealable packet contains two discs; use one at a time and keep the other sealed until needed.

Choose them for fragrance alongside your normal cleaning routine. They do not replace emptying the dust compartment or maintaining your machine as its manufacturer recommends.

Where do you put a vacuum disc?

Check your vacuum cleaner’s instructions first. Only use a fragrance disc if the manufacturer permits it for your model, and read the directions and safety information on your chosen Bojuna packet.

• For a compatible bagged vacuum: place one disc inside the dust bag.
• For a compatible bagless vacuum: place one disc in the suitable dust-collection compartment, where it cannot obstruct airflow or moving parts.

Keep the disc away from the motor, filters and electrical components. Do not place it directly onto or inside a filter. If your manufacturer advises against fragrance products, do not use a disc in that machine.

How long do scented vacuum discs last?

There is no single replacement timetable. Fragrance strength and longevity vary depending on the machine, how often you vacuum and the area being cleaned. Replace the disc when its fragrance fades, following the disposal instructions on the packet.

Keep the unused disc sealed in its original packet to help preserve its fragrance.

Three packets, six discs

Each packet is £3.99 and contains two scented discs. Our mix-and-match offer is three packets for £10—six discs altogether. Choose different fragrances or stock up on a favourite.

A few checks before you start

Do not use the discs in wet vacuum cleaners, carpet-cleaning machines or appliances containing water. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. Fragrance oils can mark or damage surfaces, so do not lay a disc directly on furniture, carpets or other fabrics.

Each scent has its own safety information. Read the full product listing and packet label, follow the handling precautions and wash hands thoroughly after handling.
